Meet the Owner
​​Justin Larkins is a multi-certified and highly skilled dog trainer and walker. He started his career as a dog walker and sitter in 2016, and immediately fell in love with working with dogs. In 2019, he founded Lark Bark and began his education journey in dog training. Justin is a major component and advocate of positive reinforcement dog training. He earned a certification in dog training and behavior from CATCH Canine Trainers Academy. In addition to teaching privately, he also teaches classes at Sirius Dog Training. In 2019, he volunteered as a dog walker at the San Francisco SPCA. This experience inspired him to rescue his current dog, Queen.

In-Person Private Dog Training
How it works:

​2) We work together to build a training plan and train your pup in your home.

Dog Walking
How it works:
​1) Schedule your complimentary phone call consultation.
​2) If your dog seems like a good fit, we will schedule a complimentary meet and greet at Crissy Field.
​3) Your dog will join a group of 5 dogs that will get 1 hour of off-leash fun at Crissy Field.
Day Training
How it works:
​1) Schedule your complimentary phone call consultation.
​2) Justin will come to your home 3 - 4 days a week to train your dog in their environment. This program is great for busy pet parents.
​3) The training is passed onto you, the owner. You will maintain what your dog learns.

Your dog will love Justin! He is the kindest, gentlest, most positive-training dog walker we've had with 3 dogs across 15 years. Our sweet but occasionally skittish pup wags her whole body when he comes to the door. We know she's having a great time at Crissy Field or wherever she may go with him. Occasional IG videos and pictures are so fun and creative, but you won't get tons of photos because he's present and actively paying attention to the dogs. 10/10! We consider Justin and the pack at Lark Bark to be part of our extended family. Justin is responsive, communicative, responsible and incredibly great with our pup. We use him for daily walks & boarding, and I never for one second worry about what's happening when I'm away or at work. What a wonderful blessing! If I could recommend ten times over, I would.
